They also give this bracket one of its best upset candidates. The Bloomin’ Onion has more spectacle. Cheddar Bay Biscuits have their army. Texas Roadhouse owns the cinnamon-butter lane. But when you want an actual appetizer instead of complimentary bread, the Southwestern Eggrolls suddenly have a very convincing case. Can they crash the expected favorites and take the whole thing?
