Put hot queso and a pile of chips in the middle of the table and suddenly everybody has a reason to keep reaching across dinner. Chili’s Skillet Queso gives this bracket its dip-first contender, which matters in a field packed with bread baskets and fried food. It also sets up an excellent in-house Chili’s fight.
