Tom Holland

Tom Holland

“Come on, Spider-Man.”

Tom Holland entered the MCU already surrounded by superheroes, then somehow made Peter Parker feel like the kid who absolutely could not believe he was allowed in the room. That's his superpower in this debate. The excitement feels real. The panic feels real. And when everything goes wrong, he still feels young enough that you desperately want somebody to help him.

Then the MCU keeps taking the help away.

Tom gets Vulture, Mysterio, Thanos, the Snap, Tony Stark's death, and eventually the absolute emotional demolition job of No Way Home. By the end, the kid with Avengers connections is alone in a homemade suit, finally becoming the neighborhood Spider-Man everyone kept asking for.

Tobey has the nostalgia advantage. Andrew has more swagger. Tom's argument is the full ride: kid, Avenger, heartbreak, sacrifice.

Was he carried by the MCU—or did he earn the mask?
