Tigger (Winnie the Pooh)

You rarely have to wonder when Tigger has arrived. The bouncing, bragging bundle of energy turns even an ordinary trip through the Hundred Acre Wood into an event. He’s confident, impulsive and almost aggressively cheerful, which makes him completely different from the sarcastic Garfield or eternally frustrated Sylvester. Against Simba, you get two Disney felines with enormous childhood-nostalgia pull. Against Stimpy, things could get wonderfully chaotic. Tigger’s case isn’t about elaborate schemes, cool poses or winning fights. It’s about personality so big that everyone around him has to adjust to it. Plenty of cartoon cats have attitude. Very few have Tigger’s particular brand of joy. Is that enough to bounce him all the way to No. 1?
