The OA

The OA was never interested in playing it safe. It asked viewers to buy into disappearances, strange dimensions, impossible connections, and a story that seemed determined to get bigger every time you thought you understood it. For its people, that ambition is exactly why losing it after two seasons hurt. The larger puzzle still felt like it was opening rather than closing. Against Firefly, it’s cult sci-fi loyalty across generations. Against Mindhunter, it’s Netflix-era frustration with two completely different kinds of obsession. The OA may be one of the most divisive contenders here—and that’s good. If you were all the way in, vote like you still need answers.
