Souplantation / Sweet Tomatoes

A massive salad bar, a bowl of soup, fresh muffins, and the freedom to go back for whatever looked good next. Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes gave buffet fans a completely different experience from the usual fried chicken and pizza lineup. You could build a huge salad, try several soups, and somehow leave talking about the baked goods. That's what makes this contender dangerous. Golden Corral wins on variety, and Cici's has the unlimited pizza crowd, but Sweet Tomatoes has fans who would gladly trade both for one more visit. If you could bring back one buffet experience tomorrow, would this be your pick?
