If you've ever debated who the kingpin of cinematic evil is, you can't just skim over Lord Voldemort. I mean, the guy has no nose, but can still sniff out fear and loyalty faster than you can say ‘Quidditch’. And let's talk quirks: the man's obsessed with high school rivalries and kinda sucks at killing a teenager. Seriously, how many tries does it take, Voldy? Still, he's a staple in 'Greatest Villains of All Time'. Every time his name pops up, someone's got to argue why he's either the best or the worst at being bad.
