This was the show that dominated when soaps owned daytime TV. It built tension slowly and made you sit in it. Conversations mattered. Choices stuck.

Put it next to The Bold and the Beautiful and it feels almost stubborn. Put it next to Days of Our Lives and it looks like it’s refusing to play along.

That’s where people split.

Some see it as disciplined. Others see it as slow.

But if you think modern soaps move too fast and mean too little, ATWT feels like a different level entirely.

And if you don’t, it probably loses your vote immediately.
